Yesterday I attended a colloquium which was held at Villanova University, the title of
the presentation was 'A Systems Design Perspective on Intellectual Property Law'. The
presenter was Dr. Michael Carroll who is a Faculty member of the Law School at Villanova,
he is one of the founders of a site which provides a medium for the sharing of creative
works through an alternative to traditional copyrighted material. The site is quite
